Church of St. Andrew 5K Steeplechase

The Church of St. Andrew in Richmondtown was founded in 1708.

It is one of the oldest active Episcopal churches in the United States and certainly the oldest active church on Staten Island. In its three-century and decade-plus history we have no record that the church ever staged a foot race in its backyard; that is about to change on October 1st of this year. On that date this historically renowned Episcopal Church is staging a 5k foot race and 1-mile walk.

The start/finish area is next to the Church itself and will be run over a well-known footpath that many have traversed but none have competitively raced on for this, the first-time event.

First place overall Male / Female Top 3 in each of the following age groups (Male / Female): 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Technical T-Shirts are guaranteed to the first 100 pre-registered runners. T-Shirts are guaranteed to the first 50 pre-registered walkers. On race day all shirts are available while supplies last.
