As the days grow longer, the training grows stronger and just in time to test your legs and stamina in the ultimate third leg of the trail triple crown series, the Wolfe’s Run 10K !!
To be held at Wolfe’s Pond Park, Staten Island, NY, come experience the woods, the trails, the pond and the clear ocean views. Welcome the season of Spring which will be in full bloom as you run hard to an amazing finish.

Valentine’s Day 5K 2022
Now that life is slowly returning to normal, fall in love with running again !!! The Valentine Days 5K run and one mile walk return to Conference House Park, Staten Island , NY as we honor the late great Bobby Guidera.
Come join the Guidera family on Sunday , February 13th as we celebrate the life of an amazing father, grandfather, husband and truly accomplished Staten Island running Icon who passed 2 years ago.
This race will serve as the second leg of the Complete Race Solution’s Trail Triple Crown race series. The first leg will be the Resolution 4 mile run at Bloomingdale Park on January 15th and the final leg will be the Wolfe’s Run 10K on April 16th. As always , Don’t You Miss It !!!!
Resolution Run 4 Miler 2022
Complete Race Solutions is proud to present the first race of the 2022 Trail Triple Crown, the Resolution Run 4 Miler.
Beautiful woods to run through with winding streams and challenging pathways to the finish line in Bloomingdale Park. Located on the South Shore of Staten Island this park managed by the NYC Parks department is a hidden jewel.
This is the first leg of Complete Race Solutions Annual Trail Triple Crown, followed by the February Valentine’s Day 5K and the April final leg, the Wolfe’s Run 10K. Start the new year off right, overall and age group awards, refreshments, music and good times.
Part of your race entry fee will benefit “Port Richmond CERT“
The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program educates people about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations.

Complete Race Solutions 2021 Trail Triple Crown series in full gear, we are now getting ready for the third leg of this year’s series,
The Wolfe’s Run 10K, April 17th, 10am. Always the true test of champions, Wolfe’s Pond Park on the South Shore of Staten Island is the setting, with technical scenic wood trails, stunning beach and pondside views.
The 5k course is so much fun, you’ll do it twice to complete a 10K race !! So be there on Saturday April 17th, all Covid-19 protocols will be in place, as we are running to a complete return to real racing in 2021…. and as always don’t you miss it !!

Now a USATF New York State sanctioned trail race, come see the woods, the pond, the ocean and the friendly, in partial bloom, technical trails.
Once again we welcome Autism Awareness as our charity, a portion of the race proceeds will go to helping this great organization.

Valentine’s Day 5K
February contains the coldest days but runners have the warmest Hearts. Put those strong Hearts to the test at the 2nd leg of the Trail Triple Crown (TTC) series, the Valentine’s Day 5k.
Cozy up with a friend, family, partner or lover in the Pairs competition or run with the one you love the most, You . Run through open pathways, woods to a beach view , an actual beach portion and a technical trail end to the finish.
